Leprechaun's Woe

A leprechaun’s life can be terribly hard
After years of gathering all of that hoard
You settle down to appreciate all that you got
Some lousy bugger sticks a great sign on top

You settle down one day in lovely sun
When suddenly the sky turns rather glum
You look up to see what’s in the air
To see a bloody great rainbow is there

Now a dragon is huge and rather scary
Dwarves are known to be violent and hairy
But a leprechaun is wee as everyone knows
So guess from which one they choose to steal gold

So leprechauns unite to protect your lot
Gather together all under one pot
While one leprechaun might be easily caught,
More's not as easy as they'd first thought
